REGISTRATION
ICOUL San José 2025 is non-profit. The registration price exclusively covers the costs of organizing the Congress.
An in-person registration fee of US$150 has been determined for the general public, and US$120 for students*.
This in-person registration gives access to a set of important benefits:
• Access to all conferences and events during the three days of the Congress.
• Lunch and coffee times during the three days of the Congress.
• Digital documentation of all conferences and event materials on a USB memory.
• Bag of promotional and support materials.
• Use of parking.
• Access to WiFi connection.
• Certificate of participation in face-to-face mode.
Online mode registration is also available with a single fee of 40 US$ that includes:
• Exclusive remote access to all conferences and panels during the three days of the Congress.
• Certificate of participation in virtual mode.
