3rd International Prize "The city is the people"

During the closing ceremony of the ICOUL Barcelona 2017 Congress, held the award ceremony for the 'The city is the people' award best project of the 1st competition for good practices. The project from the Argentine city of Rosario entitled 'Bridges, public art from here to there' was then considered worthy of the award for best practice in urban management.

For the 2nd edition, the name "Eusebio Leal Memorial" was added to the award's name, to pay a well-deserved tribute to the life and work of the Historian of Havana in the field of conservation and management of the urban landscape and heritage. In addition, for the first time the award had a sponsor, the company Clear Channel. The award of the 2nd International Competition of Good Practices was given to SP Urbanismo, for the important work carried out to date in preparing the São Paulo Landscape Plan.

The 3rd edition of the award will be presented during the ICOUL San José 2025 Congress.

On this occasion the award is sponsored by Bolibar Bronzes.
